What you’ll be doing
- Own and lead initiatives to deliver KPIs related to customer onboarding. Develop a comprehensive plan and collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to successfully bring initiatives to life.
- Use data to evaluate product performance and make informed decisions on future enhancements and iterations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to deliver impactful solutions that drive business growth.
- Effectively manage expectations while balancing trade-offs between scope, timeline, and available resources.
- Proactively identify and address issues that could impact product delivery or success. Conduct root-cause analysis and collaborate with teams to implement effective solutions.
- Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to effectively measure and track product success.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within product teams, seeking feedback and implementing best practices.
Who we are looking for
- A seasoned Growth Product Manager with 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
- Hold a strong understanding of product development processes and the ability to translate customer needs and business objectives into successful product strategies.
- Track record of delivering SaaS product offerings, demonstrating the ability to lead product development from concept to launch.
- Skilled in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering stakeholder input to guide product roadmaps.
- Adept at identifying and solving complex product issues through root-cause analysis, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Proven ability to manage expectations, balance trade-offs, and make tough decisions while maintaining focus on business goals and timelines.
- Expert in data-driven decision-making, with experience using analytics tools to inform product decisions and define KPIs.
- Familiar with A/B testing, user experience (UX) principles, and product experimentation to optimize product performance.
- Experience working with cloud-based products or SaaS platforms, along with familiarity with APIs and platform integration.
- Passionate about product innovation, excited to contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, ideally with experience in fintech or a related field.
