✅ Minimum Experience
- 3+ years in a QA role (manual + automation).
- 1+ year experience in a SaaS or Fintech company.
- Hands-on experience with microservices-based systems
💡Preferred Background
- Prior experience as a developer (Python / TypeScript) is a strong plus.
- Ability to read and debug code, and contribute to automation frameworks.
📱Core Skills & Tools
🔧Manual Testing
- Expertise in test case design, test planning, and bug lifecycle management.
- Strong API testing skills (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
- Familiarity with test strategies for microservices and event-driven systems.
- Mobile app testing across iOS and Android platforms (devices/emulators).
🤖Automation Testing
- Proficient with TypeScript/Python testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Jest).
- Experience using Robot Framework for regression and integration testing.
- Skilled with Selenium and Appium for cross-platform web and mobile automation.
- Experience with GIT and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub, or equivalent.
- Capable of writing maintainable and scalable test automation for UI, API, and backend services
📚Database
- Ability to write high-level SQL queries for data validation (preferably with PostgreSQL).
📈Performance & Security Testing
- Experience in performance testing (e.g., with JMeter, k6).
- Knowledge of stress testing, load testing, and scalability validation.
- Ability to work with developers and DevOps teams to identify and address bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.
