What you’ll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during onboarding, ensuring a smooth, timely, and positive experience.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customer goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Guide customers step by step through account setup, product training, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handovers and consistent communication.
  • Proactively address customer questions, concerns, and expectations while offering tailored solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing consultative recommendations and data-driven insights to optimize the customer’s use of Pemo.
  • Track onboarding progress, collect customer feedback, and share insights internally to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the onboarding process for efficiency and scalability.

  • Comfortable working independently and remotely, as well as in a fast-paced startup setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Onboarding roles (SaaS/fintech/startup experience is a strong plus).
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, financial technology, or spend management solutions.
  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze customer usage and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent presentation, training, and facilitation skills (comfortable conducting demos and webinars).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
