What you’ll be doing
  • Owning treasury operations and driving proactive cash flow planning to keep us ahead of the curve
  • Managing accounts receivable and payables to ensure smooth operations and strong working capital
  • Partnering closely with external accountants to deliver accurate and timely monthly and annual book closes
  • Leading audit preparedness and coordinating with external auditors to ensure clean, efficient audits
  • Taking full ownership of tax compliance and financial reporting focused on UAE and KSA regulations
  • Ensuring VAT and corporate tax filings are accurate and submitted on time across key markets
  • Playing a pivotal role in ERP implementation and ongoing optimization to scale finance smartly
  • Driving process improvements across finance operations to increase efficiency, accuracy, and control
  • Supporting legal and compliance needs as they arise, including contracts and vendor documentation

Who we are looking for

  • A finance pro with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or similar roles, ideally with exposure to scaling businesses
  • Audit or consulting background with strong UAE/KSA regional experience
  • Proven track record running finance for a business unit, subsidiary, or full company
  • Deep understanding of KSA and/or UAE tax frameworks and financial compliance
  • Comfortable managing external vendors for bookkeeping and finance operations
  • A builder and problem solver who owns end-to-end finance functions with initiative and resourcefulness
  • Experienced with ERP systems and finance automation tools, ready to lead improvements
  • A clear communicator and natural collaborator who thrives working cross-functionally
